The Wall Street Journal reached out to Lisa Zeiderman and other top divorce attorneys from across the country to ask about the popular HBO series, “Succession”. Reporter Ellen Gamerman asked Lisa for her thoughts about the show’s “power wives.”

“There’s a power in being a second or third wife,” said New York divorce lawyer Lisa Zeiderman. “The romance becomes less starry eyed, accompanied by a sharper understanding of marriage as a business deal. Marriage is a financial partnership, and when you are getting married for the second time and the third time, you do realize that.”
