Divorce can permeate all aspects of life, including a person’s career. As a business owner, your employee’s problems can quickly become yours.
On a small scale, an employee’s divorce can distract them, negatively impacting their performance at work and how they relate to colleagues—leaving it up to you to help manage. On a grander scale, you may find yourself pulled into an employee’s divorce on the receiving end of a subpoena.
